In our opinion, goalies have the hardest job in hockey because keeping the puck out of the net is no simple task and it's even harder when the pressure is on.

The best goalies, though, thrive under pressure and Henrik Lundqvist is one of those goalies.

Sure, he hasn't won a Stanley Cup, but his career .922 save percentage and 2.28 goals against average in the playoffs are pretty stellar.

The 35-year-old is still playing at a high level and after the Rangers were eliminated from the playoffs, he backstopped Sweden to gold at the World Hockey Championships.

Now, Lundqvist is preparing for another season that will be filled with Stanley Cup aspirations and Monday, he took to Instagram to reveal the spectacular pads he'll be wearing next season.

The details in the new New York themed pads are fantastic, from the skyline to the Statue of Liberty.

Now, the only question we have is are the pads better than Andrei Vasilevskiy's new subzero paint mask?
