Professional athletes and teams are always finding ways to give back to the fans and the community, and they always make sure to crank things up another level during the holiday season.
On Wednesday afternoon, Toronto Raptors guard Fred VanVleet made the most of his free time by taking a bunch of local youth on a shopping spree at a ToysβRβUs and there were smiles all around.
VanVleet made sure to sign some autographs and pose for some photos with the kids before taking them around the store and treating them all to some gifts ahead of the holidays.
Some of the kids even got the chance to see what itβs like to go up against an NBA player on the basketball court, while Fred got a chance to throw down his first dunk...
Definitely a day they will all remember for the rest of their lives.
