It really does seem like Paul Kariya and Teemu Selanne have done everything together.
The one thing that they weren’t in sync on was their retirement, but that wasn’t really their choice. Kariya had to leave the game of hockey earlier than he would have liked due to injuries, so it’s been a long time since we’ve seen he inseparable duo on the ice together.
Well, for the first time in seven years, Kariya laced up his skates again.
The two started out on opposite sides of the Hockey Hall of Fame legends classic today, but that didn’t last long, as Kariya ended up switching sides mid-game to play with Selanne. Then, the magic happened.
After seeing that happen, hockey fans who grew up watching these two couldn’t help but feel nostalgic.
