The Vegas Golden Knights will have their first ever uniform released tomorrow, alongside the other 30 teams and their new Adidas jerseys.
There have been a lot of concept jerseys from the time of the announcement until now, but the fans may have saved the best for last – at least they saved the most realistic until last. This 3D rendering of a full Vegas uniform shared on hockey Reddit looks like something the team could actually use.
While it’s not the most “out there” concept jersey we’ve seen, it’s practical, the colours work well and castle-like trim added to the jerseys and socks really adds a unique spin to an otherwise simple jersey. And we don’t mean simple in a bad way – it’s very easy to start overcomplicating things when working up concept designs like this one.
They’ve also clearly taken the Adidas jersey teases into consideration as both elements from that reveal have been incorporated.
Golden Knights, if your current design isn’t better than this one, you know you have a backup plan at least. Well, you probably have quite a few, because a lot of fans have taken a swing at predicting what the team’s new kit will look like.
