P.K. Subban spends a lot of time in the community giving back when he isn’t putting all of his time and energy into hockey. Despite getting traded to the Nashville Predators, Subban kept his promise and didn’t back out of his deal with the Montreal Children’s Hospital. On top of that, he has already made numerous visits to local hospitals in Nashville and has made many new friends along the way.

Subban’s work in the community has not gone unnoticed, and hockey fan Robert Greenfield wanted to say thank you to the Predators defenceman by carving Subban’s signature pose on his outdoor rink.

The 27-year-old defenceman came across the nice gesture and was a big fan of it.

Hopefully the weather cooperated for Greenfield and he was able to admire his tribute for more than a couple of hours.
