Welcome to Detroit is one of the bigger tracks that rapper Eminem has been featured on, and tonight, Eminem literally welcomed the Pistons back to Detroit.
The Pistons, who played the last 39 seasons at the Pontiac Silverdome and The Palace of Auburn Hills, and played their first home game at the newly constructed Little Caesars Arena.
To pump up the crowd, Slim Shady himself was on hand in what was really a great decision to have him present. With“Lose Yourself” playing under the mic, Eminem greeted Detroit city with one helluva introduction.
In his signature hoodie over the head look, the 45-year-old rapper was wearing a Pistons t-shirt.
Now that’s one way to hype up the crowd and city. The product of 8 Mile Road is reportedly releasing a new album in the near future.
