Every season-ending injury is devastating, but one that really hit the NFL community hard was the season-ending injury Houston Texans rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson suffered during a practice.
On Wednesday, the 2016 CFP national champion underwent surgery on his right knee to repair the ACL and it seemed to go pretty well according to the Gainesville, Georgia native.

No further knee damage was reported following the surgery, so Texans fans will be happy to hear that news.
The 22-year-old put up some incredible numbers in the seven games he appeared in for the Texans as he racked up 1,699 yards in the air and 269 yards on the ground, and also threw 19 touchdowns and ran in two of his own.
