Crazy Jagr fact: He's closer in age to his new GM and head coach than to next oldest Flames player

When Jaromir Jagr signed with the Calgary Flames, the crazy facts about him and his age went viral because some of them are truly ridiculous.

It's crazy that Jaromir Jagr and Matthew Tkachuk could be teammates. Jagr was drafted the same year as his dad, Keith Tkachuk, back in 1990

To truly put Jagr's age into perspective, though, and how incredible it is that he's playing at 45-years-old, consider this insane fact, he's closer in age to Flames GM Brad Treliving (48-year-old) and Flames head coach Glen Gulutzan (46-years-old) than to the next oldest player on Calgary, Mark Giordano (34-years-old).

If this is the last season Jagr plays in the NHL, we're glad it's with a Canadian team and as the season rolls along, we'll take all the crazy Jagr facts we can get because they truly put how crazy it is that he's still playing in the NHL into perspective.
