Conor McGregor made it loud and clear that he would be taking a break from fighting after his victory over Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 last November. The only time we really hear from him as of late is when he has some choice words for Floyd Mayweather in regards to them possibly going toe-to-toe in a bout.

However, it’s not like McGregor is in hiding, so every now and then a fan runs into him while he is enjoying his time off and they pretty much do whatever they can to get a picture or a video with the UFC superstar.

A McGregor fan by the name of James Foran recently ran into The Notorious in Ireland and wanted to see if he could interact with the fighter. After it seemed like McGregor was down for the interaction, his mood suddenly changed after a few seconds into the recording.

According to Foran, all he did was ask McGregor if he could record him and instead of giving him an answer the UFC Lightweight Champion decided to reach out for his phone and have a good laugh at his fan’s expense.

It’s hard to tell exactly what happened since the video is less than 10 seconds in length and there’s no other content from the interaction. Obviously McGregor isn’t going to ever speak about this incident, so we’ll most likely never know if he was actually upset or just playing around.

Perhaps McGregor didn’t want the camera in his face while he was driving around, or maybe Foran got a little too close for his liking and rubbed up against his car, whether he was kidding around or not we’re sure any McGregor fan would like to experience something like this.
