The calendar year may be coming to a close, but the start of the 2017 National Lacrosse League is just around the corner. Teams and their players have been getting back into the full swing of things with practices and exhibition games, but the Colorado Mammoth players are doing a little more than that heading into the season.
Colorado has been hit with a lot of snow as of late, which makes for some poor driving conditions. While heading to practice earlier this week, players on the Mammoth pulled over and helped out people who were caught off guard by the weather.
Those Mammoth players definitely have some good karma heading their way ahead of the new NLL season, which begins for them on Friday, December 30th in Buffalo against the Bandits. St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Tarasenko also helped out a pedestrian earlier this week when he pulled over to help a lady change a tire on the side of the road.
