J.J. Watt is easily one of the best defensive ends to ever play in the NFL and his numbers speak for themselves.
Through 83 NFL games, the 28-year-old has 76 sacks and has recovered 13 of his 15 forced fumbles while being selected to four Pro Bowl teams.
However, after looking nearly unstoppable in his first five seasons, Watt proved he was human last year as he underwent two back surgeries and ended up playing in just three games all season. Looking to bounce back from missing games for the first time in his professional career, Watt returns to the field this year and plans to come back better than ever.
Cabbie recently caught up with Watt at his annual charity softball game at the Houston Astros’ Minute Maid Park.
The two discussed many things including the fun side of baseball and how some of the activities translate to the NFL, and they also went through the Texans’ schedule while Cab played the role of J.J.’s ‘target’.
Not many people volunteer to be a target for J.J. Watt, but Cabbie was brave enough to step up this time and took many shots for the team.
