Chris Farley played a lot of great characters during his time on Saturday Night Live, but one of his greatest characters was easily Matt Foley, a motivational speaker who always went a little over-the-top.
Well it turns out Matt Foley is a real person, he’s just not a 35-year-old motivational speaker who lives in a van down by the river.
Matthew Foley is a prospect in the Atlanta Braves organization and he has one of the greatest bat knob decals in all of professional baseball.
The 22-year-old has clearly embraced the character, even if he wasn’t even alive yet when Farley made his debut as the character on SNL.

Foley is guaranteed to become a fan favourite wherever he ends up playing this season.
