A majority of North American sports fans know that they’re going to spend an arm and a leg on food and beverages at sporting events.
Some big league venues charge anywhere from $12-$18 for a single beer on top of the overpriced food items, so a night out for a family could be quite costly.
However, the Atlanta Falcons recently released the prices for their menu items for their new stadium and they’ll make just about anyone think about becoming a Falcons fan.
Ten dollars could go a long way at a Falcons game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium if you’re not drinking any alcohol, and even if you are, you can still afford to go all out at the game without spending half of your paycheck on concession items.
Fans from across the league will be able to take advantage of these 'fan first' prices if they travel to Atlanta for a game, especially if they take in Super Bowl LIII in 2019, as it was announced that the prices are not expected to change for the event.
The Falcons will move into their new stadium this season after playing at the Georgia Dome for nearly 25 years.
