Argonauts running back James Wilder Jr. has a fantastic way of getting motivated before games

Toronto Argonauts running back James Wilder Jr. has been one of the most exciting players in the CFL since taking over the starting job back in Week 13 against the Edmonton Eskimos.

Over the past five games, the rookie running back has accumulated 564 rushing yards on 65 carries and 350 receiving yards on 30 receptions while scoring four touchdowns and has shown no signs of slowing down.

On Wednesday night, the 25-year-old Tampa, Florida native revealed what helps him get in the zone before every game and it involves a classic theme song.

Wilder grew up during the Pokémon craze and clearly was a huge fan of the show considering he turns on the theme song before every game to get him motivated for action.
