The NHL playoffs are right around the corner and while this tends to be a tense time for most players and teams, the guys who have already clinched a spot are loosening up a little bit right now before the playoffs get started.
With the Western Conference’s playoff spots all taken up, the only thing at stake now is positioning heading into the playoffs. The St. Louis Blues have already clinched a playoff berth and have won four of their past six games, so it’s safe to say they’re having a little fun in St. Louis.
Following their victory over the Florida Panthers on Thursday night, Alex Pietrangelo had a little bit of fun at his coach’s expense, as he decided to videobomb him during his postgame interview.
You’ve got to love how Mike Yeo just kind of stops and says something to Pietrangelo under his breath and then quickly smiles right after.
Clearly they’re having fun in St. Louis right now, and that’s probably one of the reasons how they were able to turn around this season after a slow start.
