NBA players are now down in Orlando acclimatizing to their new situation. For some, like Kemba Walker and Patrick Beverley, there is very little to be concerned about. For others it may be a little more of a struggle.
Rajon Rondo followed suit with Enes Kanter who shared out a video entering his hotel room, taking a quick tour, and then boldly exclaiming “that’s it?”
Rondo decided to go the picture route, sharing out a snap of his very regular looking hotel room with a tagline reading “Motel 6 hun” while tagging the NBA. Stating what probably doesn’t need to be stated, a standard Motel 6 certainly doesn’t come at the same quality as Rondo’s – again – very regular looking hotel room and is thus perceived as a complaint.
As you may expect, Twitter roasted him pretty good for this one. Fans found other pictures of the hotel he’s staying at, that make it look pretty luxurious, while others found photos of Motel 6’s that… well…
Let’s hope he’s alright in there!
